As promised, we’ve got a ton of events to keep you happy next semester. Here’s a quick overview of what’s ahead:

January 25: School Colors Day and the Monta Vista IDC exchange. Show some school pride and wear your colors.

Week of January 28: Stress Free Week! We’ve decided to kick of the semester stress free, so come in the quad for everday during brunch for some carefree fun. (:

February 1: Basketball Quad Game

February 8: (Healthy) Winter Clubs Day

February 14: Valentine’s Day! We’ll be spreading some love on campus with Speed Dating and a chance to win a date with a senior and don’t forget about Choir and their serenades.

Week of February 18: WINTER BREAK!!!

There will be a senate meeting tomorrow during tutorial! It is your duty to come and represent your class, so if you cannot make it, be sure to send a replacement!

There will be an ICC meeting this Thursday during tutorial in the theatre. All club presidents should come to hear some important announcements!

Also, there will be a fundraiser for IDC this Wednesday at Fresh Choice! Come and eat out to support our efforts to impove the cafeteria! About 15% of profits will go to our cause!

Hope you had a great Halloween, maybe trick-or-treating for candy! If you’re looking forward for another opportunity to indulge your taste buds, get ready for Clubs Day this Friday, November 2, during an extended brunch period!

Maps will be available at the ASB info booth! Be sure to bring your change and small bills!

Everyone, don’t forget to tell your parents to come to Back to School Night on Wednesday, September 19, starting at 7:00 PM! There will be a pizza dinner hosted by the Grad Night Committee at 6:00 PM for $6!

FRESHMEEENNN! Look forward to an insane movie social hosted by your Tino Crew Leaders on Friday night, September 21, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Clubs Faire is coming up on Friday, September 21. Roam around the quad on Friday and check out Cupertino High School’s many amazing clubs. There are almost forty in all and that means there’s bound to be one that fits you, so get involved! Find out all you need to know and join!

So keep checking the blog cause you won’t want to miss everything that’s coming.

There will be a Student Senate Meeting tomorrow, September 12th, during tutorial in the theatre.  .

This week is the Silent Auction for yearbook buddy ads in the index! Get together  with up to four friends to bid on a letter in the index where you can place a photo of your group! On the right, we have an example. The starting bids are just $20, $4 per person if you’re a group of five. However, if someone really wants a letter more than you, you may have some competition!

Club presidents! Don’t forget that there will be an ICC Meeting on Thursday, September 13th, during tutorial. New club applications, which are available in the ASB office, are due by September 20th.

Next Wednesday, September 19th, is Back to School Night! Using the schedules you received in the mail, fill it out with your classes so that your parents know where to go. Parents, please attend so that you can see what your students are doing in each class and get to know their teachers.

Also, freshmen may look forward to a Freshmen Social Movie Night in the wagon wheel from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Friday, September 21st! More info will be made available soon.
